Warranty There is a full 5 year warranty on the 7yr set from date of purchase by the customer (The 5yr kit has a 5yr warranty except for the 5yr battery which has a 4yr warranty) Customer service/warranty is backed by Medtel Australia which is a large multimillion dollar corporation. Accessories All accessories are stocked by us, so you don't have to hold stock. (Pads, etc) There is an informative DVD provided. New pads and small 9v battery will be required every 2 years $20.00 (this is not the main battery just the check test battery). Swimming pool managers may also require a set of pediatric pads too.
